Tamara was irreplaceable at the delivery of my daughter! She was an emotional encouragement in the days leading up to delivery in dealing with being overdue. At the delivery, my contractions were mostly concentrated in my back and I couldn’t have made it without her support and help with relaxation.
After 34 hours of labor, unmedicated, we were evaluated and found that I was unable to dilate past 5 cm and the baby was becoming stressed. With her help, we were able to decide the best line of action to avoid as many medical interventions as possible and was still able to deliver my daughter vaginally with pitocin and an epidural.
Tamara was able to advise us and help avoid a c-section. Tamara was very sensitive to our needs and beliefs and helped us achieve our goals in this delivery. We are so thankful that she was at our delivery!”
